OMG, how true- you do lose weight eating raw!!

That happened to me also. I was about 150 (but i'm short as it is--so 150 is like 200 on someone else)

Now all my jeans are so baggy on me, that I had to go to TJMAxx last night to look for some discounted nice jeans that fit my new butt!

It wasnt like this time I was even trying to lose weight either. I'm just trying to be healthy now- to get that sparkle back in my eyes that I lost , to rid myself of parasites by not following the typical American diet anymore, and eating natural things with enzymes to get my ph balance in order..etc

The weight loss was an immediate result- and then the whites of my eyes cleared up drastically as well. ThankGod,
