Probiotics that require refridgeration should be fine for several days out of the fridge. My understanding of Candida is that it has a tough protein shell. My daughter has had success with using a probiotic that acts on protein (proteolitic) , called Lactobasilus Salivarius. She has had a marked improvement

She has also just started to incorporate a protease enzyme formula that she uses when eating and on an empty stomach so that the enzymes get absorbed into the blood.

Both products were recommended by her Naturopathic doctor.
