Re: I am going raw and it is an adventure!!
Hi Joann,
GREAT to meet you! I am grateful for the validation of the MC, too. I have begun my next
Master-Cleanse and am on day 3. I am sure this cleanse will help me be even more closely raw when I come off.
I love best that you wrote that you feel 18! I am all for that.
I was finding that fruit was my mainstay and papayas were the ones calling to me most. I also found that brazil nuts were calling to me but will be sure to crack my own or make sure they are really raw when I next eat them. I am still reading and learning so much online.
Some fruits, like bananas would give me
Sugar blues symptoms and I dealt with them better when combined with raw seeds and nuts. But apples and pears and oranges even were just fine... and a much smaller amount than I thougth would deeply satisfy me. That is the big treat and delight for me - the amount of raw food I need to eat is tiny compared to the mount of cooked food that did it. I have been dealing with a compulsion to eat for many years, as well as a weight problem. I am hopeful finally that I have found a way to maintain that is fun, delicious and simple -as in easy to accomplish. Even if it is unusual in our society.
I am letting my body lead me and so far it has been a totally trustable guide!
How long did you do the MC?
Best Always,
LN
