Worried hypochondriac..should I even be worried?

Hi everyone.
I have a minor vaginal yeast infection that was brought on by spermicide cream. I am going to start treating it with Monistat, but am wondering if I could have candida throughout my body. Now, I will admit to being on the hypochondriac side and tend to "try" to self diagnose myself for many different ailments. I have read many posts and it's seems like all of you candida sufferers go through hell. But how do you know you have candida? Would I know if I had it?? Maybe the fact that I am not sure means I am not sick enough to even have this. Any insight?? I have read all the symptoms and I can relate to some but not at a severe level. I am thinking about doing a candidas cleanse anyway. I found a cleanse at a natural health store for candida and am wondering if that will be good to do. I know so many people talk about 3lac and other things but won't a candida cleanse from a natural health store work too?? And what about die off?? What are the symptoms of that? Thank you to those who have read this and want to help.
