Re: Raw diet - menu planning difficult...

Vitamin B is easy to get from raw veggies! If you are worried, take a green suppliment or wheatgrass juice. If you are worried about B12, some people say you can get it from fermented veggies and certain types of algae, but other people say you need to take a supliment. As for calcium, the calcium in green veggies is actually easier for your body to absorb than that from animal sources... don`t let the dairy commercials fool you! Dried fruit isn`t a bad source of calcium either... figs and such. Seaweed has a HUGE amount of raw vegan, and easily absorbed, calcium. Good luck!
