Re: Psyllium Husks- good or bad?

Hi there,

Psyllium causes adverse reactions in some people and is not recommended. What makes you believe that cleaning out your colon is the way to go? If it is moving I wouldn't recommend anything drastic like flax seeds or other products that supposedly sweep the intestines. You are better off allowing your body to do its job by having the correct diet, antifungals, probiotics and some supplements.

I don't agree with all of the protocols recommended here. My approach involves the body's natural healing process which in the long-run is more beneficial and will not overwhelm the body in the process.

The best to you whatever you decide.
