I just read a great tip, that caprylic acid helps get rid of candida. If you look up the reviews for caprylic acid on amazon, you will see a lot of people rave about it. This is from an article I found online: "If you are self-treating you can take a supplement of caprylic acid. Caprylic Acid comes from coconut oil and basically "pokes holes" in the yeast cell wall, causing it to die."
