Re: Psyllium Husks- good or bad?

Having delt with candida for over a year and a half now ,I would not recommend psyllium husks for that reason. If you are really serious about getting well don't mess around, find the most reasonable place on line and buy three containers of Threelac.I wish I would have when I first read about it.I could have saved myself alot of money on things that don't work, and beleave me I've spent plenty.I've been taking Threelac for a week now and feel so much better. The first and most notable is my mental clarity is returning. Each day seems a little more fog has left.Digestion, energy, mental focus, softer skin ALL BETTER.If your taking one teaspoon full of psyllium husks(beware) it can swell up in your throat and cause sever stomach cramps if you are not used to it.You may also want to see if it is right for your blood type. This Threelac is working great as a bowel regulator.Do yourself a BIG FAVOR,buy yourself some Threelac,If you don't have the money borrow it from mom or a good friend. If you can't get the money then stay on the candida diet layed out in Dr Crooks book,The yeast connection.Sugar and the wrong carbs are the worst enemy of this health MONSTER.Take it easy on the Psyllium, drink plenty of water with it.GOOD LUCK!
