I'm not touching the electric frequency thing. I don't know how you're connecting things or how whatever process you're talking about proves anything.

There are a few barriers between different species procreating. Geographical, anatomical, ignorance of the notion of mating with each other, and genetics. Chromosomal abnormalities lead to stillborn babies. That applies to animals too. If sperm somehow manages to GET to an egg and manages to get its DNA in there, the fact that different animals have different amounts of chromosomes would lead to no baby. Disctinct species are defined by the fact that they can make viable offspring. A horse and donkey can make a mule but the mule is sterile so they're not a new species. Same with ligers. The best animal ever.
