education is not something that is handed out to people or that can only come in a proscribed form from the government or some other authoritative body. education is something a person does naturally. it is an ability that most people are simply born with. the problem with people educating themselves does not come from an inate inability, it comes from obstacles put in peoples way of learning. our education system was NEVER designed to provide opportunities for learning. quite the opposite, the education system is designed to engineer people by limiting their ability to learn in a controlled environment.
