Re: Definitions???

My personal/mental referance to those like the pharisees is "me so holy". I try hard to not be self riteous, though I don't always keep from it. A good excuse is human nature.

So, is it possible to worship a supreme deity without the social structure of religion? Is there a way to be a believer and worshipper and still involve that into your life without religion? My personal quetion is, why does religion have to be so hurtful? Must politics and the search for "power" always corrupt what is good and pure and wonderful? How did the church, "the Way" by the apostles choice of names, go from what is was to what it became?

A lot of questions huh?
