Re: Is this really a support forum for God without religion?

I appreciate your view and belief that God is about Love. However, as someone who does not choose to view God through religion, I wonder if you can understand my distate for having scriptures cited to me as "proof" of anything at all. For I do not believe proof lies in any book. Experience. Now that is something I love to hear about.

Also by the way I would not attribute modern medical Science to God. It is man's doing. Why do people always blame God for things that men have done? I have little respect for most of the so-called advances of medical Science with its obsession with treating disease without truly healing. There is much greater chance of getting serious problems for those who go to modern medical doctors for any organic problems in my opinion. I daresay most people would do well to visit websites such as this for alternatives to medical science. Not to say medical doctors are of no value -- especially when surgery is needed after people have been in accidents. But that's a whole different subject that this forum...
