If anyone is interested, there is a great book out by Dr. Robert O. Young that covers all of these principles, as well as food combining, and how to acheive general health and wellness. It's an awesome book, oh yeah, and it's called "Sick and tired? I think the book is awesome, and I've been following the principles it lays out for a few weeks now, and having great results.
