I've become pretty good at avoiding wheat, Sugar and milk. A while later, I decided to get more strict on raw veggies (eating more)
AFter reading that article, maybe I gave too much credit to the wheat, Sugar and milk thing, and not enough credit to the raw veggies and fruits I'm eating.
Although I'm not trying to lose weight (I'm trying to eat lots of protein bars and eating frequently trying to keep weight on) It's just wierd to wake up in the morning and see myself in the mirror with these new lines in my stomach that I didn't even have in high school when I was wrestling and playing football.
I'm sold.
