I have been on a vegetarian diet for 6-7 years and on and of on a raw food alone ..
Id the beginnig I made some researches and I seamed to know what I needed to stay alive (yes, I was schepitical about the whole thing and I was thinking I would die if I would not eat meat, eggs and fish)
Now that I call myself a pro ... I know nothing and so here I am ... asking for assistance to all of you who know what to do and pay attention more then me.
Can anyone tell me what is the best source of plant protein in a natural stae as any raw veggies???
