Lemon is the only exception to the rule. Not sure what Harvey's current stance is on that but it is correct according to most experts. Otherwise it is correct that fruits are best eaten alone. The water thing is very divided amongs camps. I personally drink when thirsty. If your eating high water content food, you would abviously need less. I think the higher doses of water really apply to the general public. You know who I mean. Average Joe and Sally who consume coffe and colas and eat garbage, need tons of water to neutralize the acidifying effects and to hydrate due to their dehydrating effects. It's all relative. I think for thoise who are into healthy concepts develop a certain body awareness and can begin to trust their intuition as to what is best for them.
Personally I would rather drink filtered, reverse osmosis, revitalized with a magnet than touch distilled (unless made in a rare glass lined unit). Due to the type of processing (boiled in stainless steel)this type of water has high levels of nickel.
Keep up the good consiousness. Stay healthy and clear.
