Being new to eating raw, I did what I always do-I ran out and got a cookbook. "Dining in the Raw" by Rita Romano. Looks like some great recipes. Here's her recipe for sprouted chickpea hummus.
3C. sprouted chickpeas
1/2C.tahini
1/2C.lemon juice
2large cloves garlic
1/2tsp.cumin
1/2tsp.cayenne
1tsp. oregano
1tsp. paprika
1/4C.toasted sesame seeds(optional)
Braggs to taste
Process all with in an S blade, adding water only if necessary to make a thick pate. Depending on the size of your processor, you may have to do this in steps.
I haven't made this, so if anyone tries it out, let me know how it is.
