Well, I wasn't lucky enough to contract for a near-death experience like you did! ;) but I found the information from multiple sources and luckily had built up my discernment to a level where I could actually hear, resonate and just "know" it was truth, and tap into my Higher Self to make sure that this knowledge was in alignment with my HS.

I think what helped me most was being half Japanese and half French. That kept me from being able to buy into any philosophy that said "our way is the only way" because none of those ways honored both sides of my heritage once the dogma came into play. Not to mention my being female!

So that bit (there's more) was distilled from the Kaballah, the original Hindu philosophy not the more modern "social caste" type Hindu philosophy, Tibetan, Zen Buddhism, Co-creative Science as pioneered by Machaelle Small Wright of Perelandra Center for Nature Research, Quantum Physics - especially the Holographic Universe and Fritzof Capra - and channeled material from Kryon, Archangel Michael, Seth, Sylvia Browne.

Then there are the Gnostics, Essene Mysteries - the recently discovered Dead Sea Scrolls, book of Thomas - and just a bit of Ramtha altho I have my doubts about whether the Ram is real or a scam. And great thinkers like Alan Watts. And I don't leave out the Bible either. :) Tweet
