The distinction seems clear to me.

There's a big difference between being allergic to dogma and not practicing any spirituality whatsoever. When people ask me what I am, I say I'm a non-denominational spiritualist who believes in All That Is, the Originating Consciousnes, Big Bang, the balance between Involution and Evolution, and that the Universe is full of intelligences that can't be labeled human.
