it is always funny to hear someone say that what you are/have been doing is impossible. Raw Foodists eat raw nuts, avocados, coconut and fruits and raw veggies...lots of calories in all but the veggies....and your absorption becomes better than that of a cooked food plaque ridden person...so you do not need to eat like a gorilla...nope..just like a natural raw food human.
