Try not to drink or consume anything sold as "sugar free" or "lite". It most often has Aspartame in it and Aspartame is artificial sweetner that has some very dangerous side effects. It is a neuro-toxin!
Try the "gotu-kola" herbal supplements.
Deep breath, everything will be all right, just remind yourself of that when you feel particularaly anxious.
If you can train yourself to find some enjoyment in every situation that life might throw at you then you will find you will likely have a more positive outlook and be less anxious.
