Re: Natural herbs such as the happy camper mix???
What is concerning you the most about kava kava?
It is safer than tylenol.
In all the studies done trying to prove that kava kava is dangerous, they never took into consideration what the individuals were taking in the way of pharmaceutical drugs, their underlying health concerns or their diets and or alcohol consumption.
Here are the supplement facts of "HAPPY CAMPER":
Suggested Use: Take two capsules daily.
Supplement Facts Serving Size 2 Capsules Servings Per Container 60
Amount Per Serving % Daily Value Proprietary Blend 840 mg Passion Flower (aerial portion extract) * Kava Kava (root, rhizome) * Siberian Ginseng (root) * Gotu Kola (aerial portion extract) * Kola Nut (seed extract contains caffeine) * Schizandra (fruit) * Wood Betony (aerial portion) * Lavender (flower) *
My biggest concern with the ingredients is this ingredient KOLA NUT! It contains caffeine and caffeine is an agitator and can cause anxiety in some people! Other than that the product looks okay.
Make note of this warning though:

Are you taking any prescription pharmaceutical drugs? What is your diet like? How severe is your anxiety and symptoms?
