maybe all alcoholics are artists... to some degree...

oh well... i give up... guess maybe i forgot how to post a pic... or maybe i'm not supposed to post it in a link... in any event if you'll just take a look at the alcoholics anonymous image gallery (top right) you can see what is left of what use to be a hobby of mine... wood carving no less... i started wood carving as a result of a long layoff... with no money to drink... and going out of my mind... i resorted to something that pleased me... i found it soothing... i could pick up a piece of wood and see an image in it... and all i had to do was get rid of the wood that wasn't necessary... i had a lot more... but gave most of them away... and stomped a bunch in a drunken stupor... if you'll notice... "moses has a foot missing"... but other than that came out much better than the rest... but anyhow... point is... i guess it just goes to show that even one of the most screwed up alcoholics in the world has talent... lol... ;-) "it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood"...
