Thanks so much for your input anja. I only waited a couple days after the first flash to visit an opthalmologist. He said he couldn't find anything wrong and to contact him if the flashes were still happening in two month's time.

I appreciate you bringing up the connection between liver and eye health in Chinese medicine. I've been planning to do another liver cleanse since it has been quite a few years since my last one. That is just the motivation I need. It certainly couldn't hurt! Tweet
