Ok, right. It's true that if you use Outlook that you can switch providers and the format will be the same.
I am curious what type of e-mail she was using that she said she didn't like. That is why she switched back to AOL, partly because she didn't like the other e-mail format. (That's my understanding as I read her post, anyway).
