well that's bad about outlook. i myself don't use it. My point is that if she was using a windows based email program, and liked it, she could have kept using it when she transferred over from one provider to another. she doesn't have to switch email programs just cuz her provider changed, as long as it was windows based. agreed that if she's using the provider's email application, then she'd have to change it when she switches.
