Blue's advice is good. you should follow up on it. re the default judgment, it will be entered against you if you fail to respond within the time listed on your summons. it has the effect of a judgment, meaning, your creditor will be in a position to seize assets or garnish income shortly thereafter. Call legal aid, and/or call a law shcool in the area. some schools offer free help to those who can't afford it.
