Always Wanted to Ask About Mrs Clark
I disagree with a lot of her works. Yes, many people did get better following her instructions, but I believe it happened mostly because she promotes main cleanses that have been used for centuries and are a basic part of any alternative healing program.
1)Why would a naturopathic doctor not know that carbohydrates are assimilated easier without proteins. She also suggests eating the foods that I personally would not choose to eat simply because they are unhealthy. Lard, for instance. Don’t you know it is not good for your liver? Drinking milk is also known to be of little benefit for your body, doing more harm that good. And she suggests it…Also, you have got to boil and sterilize almost all of your food. Am I to understand that my nutritional level from such foods is going to be zero?
2) Mrs Clark first stated that stainless steel cookware is unhealthy. Trusting her teaching and using her knowledge as the last hope for survival, cancer patients would want to strictly do what she says and discard all their stainless cookware. However, a little later we can read about Mrs Clark’s new rediscovery that stainless steel is ok to use. I bag your pardon…
3)She says it is occasionally acceptable to use Teflon. However it is known that Teflon is a toxic material and those who want to live a healthy lifestyle would want to discard Teflon cookware on the first place. Microwaves she also approves while we know that they spread electro magnetic radiation more than any other daily electronic devices that we use. How can we also know the consequences of the electronic zapper machine that might occur years from now? It has a direct contact with the body. Can you trust the electronic experiments that have been used on a limited number of people for a short time?
4)In many of her book pages she mentions using plastic containers. For example, a big plastic gallon for water. Mrs Clark went so far as to researching the details of
parasite issue, but how can she not know that using plastics means introducing phtalates or other plasticides into your system, which are hormone disruptors.
I agree with her herbal articles and liver/kidney cleanses just as I would agree with any other naturopath’s methods of healing because it all has been known for centuries.
She knows that many patients are upset with her. She shouldn’t charge money but operate on donations. Let people donate to her organization if she helped them. This way a lot of distress will be lessened because many people pay the last they have to her and sometimes get nothing.
May the truth prevail on Earth.
Blessings.
