I use the simple Liver Flush stuff...grapefruit juice, olive oil, Epsom Salts ...
There are products which do support liver function. I use Essiac and I also use lecithan. I also like to do a round of Planetary Formula's Stone-free after a long cleanse. My bottles just arrived in the mail so I will begin a round of that soon.
There are lots of good products so keep looking and trying until you find one which you resonate with.

The parasites, I use the Herbal Healer Academy stuff which has a good track record and is a quality I trust however, there are MANY ways to treat parasites and so you have many options.

I think whatever is going to fit your budget and comfort level so that you actually use it is the most important factor. I use a Wormwood complex and a product Intestinal Freedom. I also zap which I feel is a part of my success in dealing with parasites. Also, giving up sushi is in my future. I may have my last sushi this next month as a farewell. My Liver Flushes have produced so many flukes and now I know that eating raw tuna and sushi makes it possible to get thousands of flukes from one infected piece of fish. I also use Oil of Oregano in my battle for a parasite free body...and I also have MH's de-wormer I am going to try out. I have also a homeopathic formula a friend brought from Germany for me. I cant tell you much about it since everything is in German but it supposedly is aimed at smaller specific parasites. So you can see, I am willing to experiment and keep trying things since if one product does not get them, I figure another will.
