I have for a very long time had what I call an "addiction" to sugar. It causes binge like symptoms at times. What can I do to get this under control...i am tired of it running my life. I started the IF#1 about 3-4 weeks ago and started IF#2 a week ago, but stopped half way because I got sick with a sore throat and sinus infection. I started IF #2 back up this week.
I am open to suggestions! I thought I remembered reading something that would reduce cravings for sugar, but can't remember what it was.
