Re: a multi-faceted question
There are a lot of ways you can do all this, everybody has their own pet project. I did not do the
parasite cleanse before I began liver flushing, in fact, it was through a
Liver Flush I discovered a
parasite problem. Go ahead and finish your Master Cleanse and break it according to the book. If you wish, you can use diluted apple juice instead of orange juice, but that is up to you. After a week of eating, and including about a tablespoon of healthy oil like olive oil and a couple of cup of apple juice everyday, you can do your first liver flush. I think the old
Hulda Clark flush is good for first timers, but the instructions have changed since I first printed them off three or four years ago. When you are ready to flush, ask for the old Clark flush recipe and several of us would be happy to share it. After your
Liver Flush rest a day or two and begin the Paragone, its been a while since I used it, but I think you gradually increase the dose so you won't suffer from extreme die off, and then take a break for a week to ten days (it varies by cleanse instructions) during this break you can do another liver flush. Meanwhile, about three days after beginning the Paragone, you can start taking some P&B to clean the bowels. I found
parasite cleansing and colon cleansing work very well together. When its begun after a Master Cleanse, you will have softened a lot of the gunk lining the colon and you can get a great cleanse. This sounds like a lot, and it is, but by stretching out your major cleanses over four to six weeks you can do a lot of cleansing while still living a fairly normal life. Your body will not be overstressed as can happen when you do everything all at once, but you will remain in cleansing mode as long as you watch your diet and eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and keep away from junk.
