Re: day 8!

Hello: Just wanted to check in and say hello. Day 8 is going well for me. I don't feel alot of anything going on, so I don't know what that means in terms of cleansing. The mornings are always easier because I can sleep in since I work from 4:00 p.m. to Midnight. Still not drinking enough water or our "special drink." After last night's tea, things are stirring up, but when I go to the bathroom very little comes out and in a very watery form. I know that is because I have not been drinking alot of liquid.

Went to Whole Foods yesterday and bought the Smooth Move. I did see the chocolate, but I do not know why I did not purchase it. I got Paul Bragg's, The Miracle of Fasting off of my book shelf and I've been reading it this morning and it has given me alot of inspiration.

On Day 6, I too remembered a feeling/thought from my past and it was so amazing what this fast is doing for me spirtually. I am so eager to go the whole distance because I see great things coming out of this.
