day 8!

Day 8 is going good. I am processing emotional stuff on some level so was boo-hooing on the throne this morning...ggg. Silly little thoughts that rise to the surface and its something you have not thought about in years and yet there it is like an emotional ow-ee and so today feels like that. I have had the past few days off so went to town and shopped till I dropped. Didnt bring much home but for example, had to go to 3 stores just to find Chocolate Smoothe Move and boy was I glad when I found it! I bought enough to finish the fast out...barely. 32 bags.
Found a couple of good books, one the book by Braggs on Apple Cider Vinegar which has a large section on fasting.

Otherwise, stayed up TOO late and so am not the barrel of energy today but there are days like this and so I am planning some day-off stuff...reading, a movie, and lots of lemonade and water!
