Its easy as 1-2-3!!

1-*highlight* your blog address....the http one in the address box
2-go to edit OR right click, and press COPY
3-put your cursor where you want the link and go back to edit OR right click and click on COPY

voila!!

you have just copy-n-pasted your link into your post!!

ps. I keep a copy of my url in a special email KEEP file since you need to do it every time so its easier to find it by just switching to a different window, accessing that file and doing the paste-n-copy from there...
