Thanks BeachBunny! I am very determined to make it to 40 days for spiritual reasons, so God willing I will achieve my goal!! I am not sure about the sleep aid question...in researching this forum I remember coming across a post about that topic and there were several people who posted reasons why not to, but I can't remember EXACTLY why not. Sorry. Maybe you could post your question in the forum. I am sure many people have an answer to your question. Good luck with your cleanse.

Thanks Zoe for the info and support. I know that we will make it to 40 days, if we really put our minds to it!! How many people are on the June/40 day cleanse with us??? Your blog is awsome, by the way.
