I've been doing just what you described...lemonade for breakfast and lunch and then a dinner of soup. Once I broke my fast, of course! ;)
I have found it to be going very well. Dinner time was always hardest for me when I was cleansing because I had to feed my family and for whatever reason that is when my cravings would be almost unbearable.
I got a little off track with a birthday party over the weekend, but intend to keep drinking lemonade and eating once a day.
