Differences between short and long cleanses and other issues
This is my first
Master-Cleanse and I've gone 6.5 days. I'm not giving up the .5, HONEST I ceased to eat after breakfast, took lax tea, and began the lemonade at noon on monday and I am also counting TODAY.
I'm considering revising and going longer anyways. I've been
Liver Flushing and colon cleansing, etc. for awhile and I switched to an organic lifestyle oh, about 2 years ago. Before that I was on Atkins all the time, and before that, well, you know..taco bell and KFC and donuts and everything. My
Colon Cleanses (P&B shakes) hardly produced anything interesting for a long time now, and my
Liver Flush last time was actually a tremendous occasion like I'd never experienced before in over 10+ flushes, I flushed again after that and got nothing. Well, my point is that I know I'm pretty "clean" to begin with, and I'm also 5'3" and 125. I could lose about 15
pounds and then I'd be a skeleton so I've got to watch it now (I once weighed over 175!
But my question is (and I'm always asking, I know, and never answering),
What additional issues, problems, bizarre occurences, and nightmares ensue with the longer MC, over 14 days I guess or even 40 days? Also, have any of you have to slow your weight loss down w/ more maple? Does it work?
I have long hair, and I cannot have it falling out, I would cry a river (somehow it defines me, maybe I ought to shave my head, in another life maybe I will!?)...I went and got liquid vitamins and liquid minerals and I hope no one will criticize that and tell me I'm not playing the game right, or not even playing the game at all. I'm also going to do the emu oil suggested by Zoe.
I know I'm also going into another detox day as I write this...it's coming on, I can feel it, I felt too good last night and this morning, I feel the little toxins stiring once again...
