i've been taking vit B complex, vit C, fiber and protein supplements everyday. Do you think this is a good method. > Ray
I used to - until i saw how poorly we absorb most supplements. I stopped all vitamins when I started on Super Food. Fiber is always good. Protein may or not be good - depending on the quality of the supplement. A lot of times you get a lot of other crap thrown in.
