I have been trying to get off milk for ages now, but I was always craving it, you know, one slurp for the tea cup and 3 gulps for me on the way back to the fridge! Have finally given all dairy up due to candida. With in a day my throat felt alot better too, I always had this phlem thing going on and for some reason am sleeping right thru the night which I haven't done for years. Agnes is right, industry is responsible, again!
