I don't eat any meat (chicken, pork, beef, turkey), but I do eat seafood (fish--not all fish, shrimps (on occassion), crab (on occastion), scallops (blue moon)) I eat soy and soy based products. My exercise regime has been sporadic, but I am working on it...I plan to get to 5-7 days a week. I usually eat oatmeal or cereal (cheerios) for bf, I eat nuts (I think they make me defecate, but I'm not sure), I eat fruits...all kinds, though not regularly. I would say that I eat more apples then anything (for obvious reasons). I haven't really taken any herbs per se.

You could do
The Master Cleanse on this page - I'm sure you would go.
If you are looking for a long term solution - keep up the water, the exercise, and get the fruits and veges daily. Eliminate dairy.
Get schulze's intestinal forumula 1. Eventually - it will move you;)
Over time it will strengthen the colon and you should be fine daily!
Christopher also sells a lighter version, fenlb. Your choice But I can vouch for IF1.
Cayenne is a great stimulating herb as well.
