I previously (pre-pregnancy) was into weight lifting and kick boxing. I was a very lean size 4 that kept my shape through protein dieting. I went about 5 years with less than 20g of carbs a day. I know my liver is in bad shape along with my kidneys. I blew up when I became pregnant (100lbs total gained, 70lb after he was born{I lost 30 giving birth) I have been unable to lose any weight and have had pain in my kidneys which had led me to this forum. I am still torn on whether or not to get off of this or to go through a "healing crisis" and come out on the other side. I will be doing a liver cleanse 2 weeks after my Master-Cleanse so I am looking forward to reversing all of the damage I caused by too much protein dieting. I appreciate everyone here giving their view...it helps me to make an informed decision.
