How *do* you keep soup from becoming stew? I'm not a very accomplished cook - and I have a feeling we're going to end up with stew tonight if I don't get some help. :) Specificly - on the recipie a few pages back, what is the TIMEFRAME once you start putting in the hard veggies?
Roses - Sounds to me like if your tummy isn't sending you distress signals, you're OK if you keep going slowly. We are starting brothy soup tonight. Mossy's tummy has been a little gurgly w/ the OJ, but mine's been fine. But I have a lot more intenstinal fortitude than he does. We'll see how he does on the soup. We are both ready for solids - at least in our heads. :) :)
