Yesterday, my first day off of the cleanse I had fresh squeezed OJ first thing in the morning. . . then I got creative. I started adding cilantro and ginger then pears and lemon to the mix. My stomach was speaking to me just a little but nothing alarming. This morning I had the OJ but then around 12:00 I started eating very very small amounts of my way to overcooked vegi soup which turned out to be much more like a stew. Other than vegies it contains a few different beans, some barely, and red potatoes. Every few hours I have a little bit. My stomach makes little comments every now and then but nothing serious.
Have I screwed myself up? Am I way off track and if so can I get back on?
