I'd wait until tomorrow to tdo the SWF. On a not-empty stomach it's likely to not work and you'll absorb the salt and feel worse.
You said you can feel the toxins building up, that's because they are! Do whatever you can to flush them out- drink lots a(until you feel like you're drowning) and take an enema (not my favorite thing to do but works wonders). A spponful or 2 of syrup or molasses will also work wonders. Molasses tastes worse but is loaded with potasium, iron and calcium so for me it works better as an INSTANT pick-me-up.
Do make time to do that SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow. And the tea will probably make you poo later this evening.
