You may want to forgo any further cleanses right now. Get off dairy for a month. Give Rich Schulze a call and order Intestinal formula -2. It is soothing to the gut. I have gotten rid of my IBS with Intestinal formula 1 & 2 as needed, no milk, and lots of cayenne!

I have been off milk products for about 6 years already.
I did read about Dr Schultz' formulas and am considering them.
Do they measure up to the success of a full Colon Cleanse that is widely written about? With those they speak about passing flukes, worms etc. What happens when taking the formula?

I am underweight. I eat very well( all healthy and natural,plus plenty of lean protein in the form of fish, chicken) and train hard pushing heavier weights than guys much bigger than me, yet struggle to put on anything lasting!
