You may want to forgo any further cleanses right now. Get off dairy for a month. Give Rich Schulze a call and order Intestinal formula -2. It is soothing to the gut. I have gotten rid of my IBS with Intestinal formula 1 & 2 as needed, no milk, and lots of cayenne!
