Re: Re- past post-teenager with anxiety/mood swings
Hi Lisa,
Thankyou! Your daughter is so brave to partake in a fast & stick to it. Tell her I think that she is amazing to even consider it at her age, she should be so proud of herself(& so should her Mum to have got her to that point).
I wouldn't even be able to get my daughter to consider anything like that (not yet anyway - ha ha), but we will slowly but surely get there. The fasting &
Liver Cleansing will come down the track. The progress has been wonderful so I can't be too impatient. Just the fact that she is drinking her water (after me pestering her for 8 months)& taking her tablets (she forgets but doesnt argue when I give them to her)is a real achievement & obviously has made a big difference to her health(as you said in one of your past posts).
Men are so insensitive someimtes aren't they, it must be hard for her to watch her dad eating those foods. Do you think that the reaction might be due to rapid detoxing or that her hormones are affected? Due to all the changes my daughters hormones were all over the place. Their emotions are so fragile & I couldn't believe what the toxins did to my daughter. It was basically like having someone that I did not know at that time. It has really opened up my eyes.
My daughter has also requested to see a counsellor to help her with handling her stress & her anger. I am so proud & the counsellor said that for a teenager that is unheard of.
She has an appointment in two weeks time.
Good luck, let us know how things go & I will keep you posted
Take care
