Wow you are almost there too. I was planning to break by the book and take at least 10 days eating only soup/ fruits/ salad but I was in Biloxi/MS and there are not too many restaurants/ grocery stores in the area right now so I had to eat what was available. But of course I tried to watch what I was eating and chew chew chew.
Now I am in part II of my cleasing taking P&B shakes, colloidal minerals, probiotics, fruits, lots of juices, vitamins. Let's see how it goes.
