Yesterday was a bad day, but today is here now, and I'm trying to move forward. I started soaking my almonds and flax seeds for some raw crackers I can take on our trip in 2 weeks.
I am losing weight more slowly (about 1/2 pound per day), and hope to stay in this pattern over the next few days. I am still excited about the changes happening and am looking forward to a more balanced eating plan when I'm "done".
