Hi,
I have been experimenting with my dehydrator and the crackers I've been making come out delicious. They are rather basic...I soak the seeds about 4 hours ad some fresh herbs...nama shoyu...garlic powder and spread the seeds onto the texflex. I don't blend the seeds to a powder and it's nice to have the texture...less work. Sometimes I crumble them up and put them in energy soups or on salads...a great topper.
I am completing Day 8 and plan to continue for atleast another week maybe longer. When finished I will be eating 95% RAW diet until my metabolism is up & running. I prefer this after cleansing because it seems to be the cleanest way to eat after all that hard work of fasting. Eating RAW can be time consuming when we get fancy but often I just make yummy smoothies for breakfast & a big salad with something exciting like hummus or a marinated veggie mix. It's like anything once you do it enough times it's naturally easy.
Eating RAW is an amazing experience...kind of like the MC. There is a natural high & clarity that follows. Today eating RAW seems to be a concept like how being a Vegetarian was 20 years ago. It's gaining popularity because people are having phenominal results eating this way. I am thankful to have found these ways of being. If you haven't ever eating RAW for an extended period of time I encourage folks to give it a try. There is a great website loaded with information:
